Sweet Peace is an intimate wellness center in Mid Coast Maine that supports total body health through the modalities of massage therapy, infrared sauna, dry salt therapy, and red light. We offer a variety of body work including Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Couples Massage, and Prenatal Massage. We work with you to give an optimal experience of relaxation and healing.

The Sweet Peace studio is now booking for all therapy sessions, including massage, infrared sauna, halotherapy and red light therapy. We continue to offer mobile massage in the comfort of your home, vacation rental, or office space for 90 minute sessions.
