Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic touch with gliding strokes along the muscles of the body. Massage promotes relaxation, circulation, and body awareness. It assists in healing both the body and spirit.

Pre Natal Massage
Relieving aches and cramps while assisting in relaxation. PreNatal massage can be done at any stage of pregnancy with adjustments in client position for optimal comfort. Sessions can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna uses panels that emit infrared light rays, heating your core body temperature to induce detoxification, sooth sore muscles, promote circulation, and assist in overall improvement in health.
Sessions can be scheduled as single or double person, or as an add on to a massage.

Halotherapy
Halotherapy is also known as dry salt therapy. Sessions include resting in a climate controlled booth while microscopic salt particles are floated into the air. The salt is inhaled into the lungs and absorbed into the skin to penetrate into the cellular level of the body. Benefits of Halotherapy include improved respiratory, lung function, and circulation. Halotherapy also reduces inflammation and symptoms associated with bacterial or fungus infections. Sessions can be booked as a single or double person, or as an add on to a massage.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy uses infrared light to stimulate cellular activity, especially within the mitochondria, penetrating deep within the body. Red light promotes overall healing, particularly within the muscles and skin. It can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and scars, as well as improve cognitive function. Some evidence has shown it to assist in relief of symptoms associated with Lyme disease. Sessions include exposing the body by standing or sitting in front of a red light tower inside the Halo booth.
BEMER Therapy
BEMER is an FDA Class II cleared consumer medical device that emits low-frequency electromagnetic waves into the body. This safely stimulates blood flow even into the smallest of vessels. The result is better disbursement of oxygen and nutrients throughout the body, enhanced waste removal, and overall improvement in cellular function. Sessions involve laying on the Bemer mat. The treatment is non invasive and painless.
Treatment can be booked as an add on to a massage, or as a stand-alone treatment.
